The Retreat is for:

This retreat is only for Independent Fundamental Baptist married couples who are:

  • Senior Pastors
  • Missionaries on Furlough
  • Full-Time Evangelists
  • Retired Pastors (Retired pastors cannot receive a discounted sponsored price. They must pay the full price)

  • Wholly Relief – handling traumatic ministry experiences. – Pastor AJ Potter
  • Silent Stewardship – Financial stewardship that speaks volumes. (Church finances) – Pastor Tim Berlin
  • Holy Heart – guiding the heart of your child – Dr. Dave Hardy

  • Silent Joy – Joyful ministry that speaks through action, not words – Pastor John Waterloo

What is the Pastor’s Retreat like?

  • Join dozens of other Pastoral Couples who face the same joys and challenges you do.
  • The schedule of sessions is purposefully relaxed and spread out to allow plenty of free time to enjoy Branson attractions and fellowship with other couples.
  • Dress:
    • Monday Dinner Banquet: Dress Up
    • Tuesday & Wednesday: Casual dress

Cost:

  • We hope that churches will see the need to send their Pastor and his wife beyond what their normal vacation time may be.
  • Our heart’s desire is to see as many Pastoral Couples as possible attend. If a church cannot afford to send their Pastor at the full price of $485 they can pay the lesser amount shown. We will try to make your attendance possible through sponsorship.
  • $485 (full price before November 20, 2024 – after the cost is $515)
  • $355 (sponsored price) is the lowest price which gives you the full retreat. We will find a sponsorship for the difference. This is only available as donations come in based on a first come first serve basis and only available before the registration deadline for Pastors of churches of like faith and practice. No longer available after November 10, 2025.

All the above pay levels include:

  • 2 Nights in the four-star Hilton Convention Center Hotel
  • Catered Banquet Dinner
  • Breakfast one day (Tuesday or Wednesday)
  • Lunch one day (Tuesday or Wednesday)
  • Sessions specific to the needs Pastors and their wives face.
  • Snack Bag
  • Great fellowship with other ministry couples
  • A relaxed time alone with your sweetheart.
  • The sponsored $355 option is only available as donated sponsor ships come in based on a first come first serve basis and will no longer be available after November 3, 2025
  • Save $30 when you register by November 10, 2025.  After November 20, 2024 the cost will be $515
