FAQ


Will there by a Nursery?
A:There will be no nursery provided. We understand that nursing mothers will need to bring their baby, but a nursery will not be provided.

Are meals provided?
A: Three meals are provided for this retreat. There will be a banquet on Monday evening, a voucher for a breakfast and a dinner to be used whenever you choose.

Can I register online?
A: Yes, at www.livingunited.com/wp there is a $5.00 convenience fee for all online registrations to cover the cost that PayPal charges us.

Who do we ask rooming questions?
A: Please call United Baptist Church with rooming questions. You cannot make reservations through the hotels. It gets very confusing if you try to do so. We are glad to answer any questions. Please call or email us.

How do we register and get our room when we arrive?
A: Couples may simply check in at the front desk by giving their name. Checking into your room serves as your retreat registration.

When can I check in?
A: Check in is at 3:00pm, but if your room has been made ready from any previous guests form the night before you can check in before the retreat starts. Most people have been able to check in before the retreat starts.

 

What time does the retreat start?
A: The retreat starts at 6:00pm on December 4th with our banquet in the Taneycomo Ballroom, which is located in the Hilton Convention Center Hotel.
