Will there be a Nursery?
There will be no nursery provided. We understand that nursing mothers will need to bring their baby, but a nursery will not be provided.
Are meals provided?
All meals will be the responsibility of each couple. There is sufficient time for couples to go and get their meals during meal breaks.
Who do we ask about rooming questions?
Please call United Baptist Church with rooming questions. You cannot make reservations through the hotel. It gets very confusing if you try to do so. We are glad to answer any questions. Please call or email us.
How do we get our room when we arrive?
Couples may simply check in at the front desk by giving their name. It is not necessary for the Church to check in as a whole, but may do so if desired.
When can I check in?
Check in is at 3:00pm, your room may be ready for check in before the retreat starts, but we cannot guarantee check in before 3:00pm.
What time does the retreat start?
We will begin at 2:00 pm.
Will parking be extra?
There will be no charge for parking.
How do we register and receive our retreat materials?
There will be a registration table outside the meeting space where couples will check in and receive their retreat materials.
