Will there be a Nursery?
Yes, but for NURSING MOTHERS ONLY and only during the preaching sessions. There is no nursery provided during meal breaks. If you are bringing a nursing child please indicate this when registering so we can make proper arrangements. No babies or children will be allowed in the services!
Are meals provided?
All meals will be the responsibility of each couple. There is sufficient time for couples to go and get their meals during meal breaks.
Can I register online?

there is a $10.00 convenience fee for all online registrations to cover the cost of online charges.
Who do we ask about rooming questions?
Please call United Baptist Church with rooming questions. You cannot make reservations through the hotels. It gets very confusing if you try to do so. We are glad to answer any questions. Please call or email us.
How do we register and get our room when we arrive?
Couples may simply check in at the front desk by giving their name: this also serves as your retreat registration. It is not necessary for the Church to check in as a whole, but may do so if desired.
When can I check in?
Check in is at 3:00pm, your room may be ready for check in before the retreat starts, but we cannot guarantee check in before 3:00pm.
What time does the retreat start?
The retreat starts at 2:00pm on Friday, February 21th. Make sure to be in the Taneycomo Ballroom, which is located in the Hilton Convention Center Hotel, before 2:00pm to find a seat.
If the hotel I desired has filled up how do I know if I was overflowed to a different hotel?
The hotels listed below from left to right show the automatic over flow order as hotels fill up. If this happens to you, we will inform your church. We will be sending a list of all who have registered with hotel information about 2 weeks prior to the retreat. To best assure you are placed in the hotel of your choice register early. You are registered once we receive full payment and your registration form.
