FAQ – Branson

NO: In order to help as many couples as possible, we have expanded to two retreat back to back. Same Sessions : Same Speakers : Different Days:?We want to make clear the retreat is not longer, you can just choose from two different schedules:

  Option #1?–?Starts?– Thursday, Feb. 20th?at 2:00pm —?Ends?Friday, Feb. 21st?at 12:30pm OR

Option #2?–?Starts?– Friday, Feb. 21st at 2:00pm —?Ends?– Saturday, Feb. 22nd  at 3:30pm.

Yes, but for NURSING MOTHERS ONLYand only during the preaching sessions. There is no nursery provided during meal breaks. If you are bringing a nursing child please indicate this when registering so we can make proper arrangements. No babies or children will be allowed in the services!

All meals will be the responsibility of each couple. There is sufficient time for couples to go and get their meals during meal breaks.

Please call United Baptist Church with rooming questions. You cannot make reservations through the hotels. It gets very confusing if you try to do so. We are glad to answer any questions. Please call or email us.

We will have registration tables set up in front of the GREAT HALL two hours prior to the Retreat Start time for you to check in and receive your Retreat Notebooks. It is not necessary for the Church to check in as a whole.

Check in is at 4:00pm, your room may be ready for check in before the retreat starts, but we cannot guarantee check in before 4:00pm.

The Thursday/Friday retreat starts at 2:00pm on Thursday, February 20th. Make sure to be in the Great Hall, which is located in the Chateau on the Lake Hotel, before 2:00pm to find a seat.

The Friday/Saturday retreat starts at 2:00 on Friday, February 21st. Make sure to be in the Great Hall, which is located in the Chateau on the Lake Hotel, before 2:00pm to find a seat.

To best assure you are placed in the hotel of your choice, register early. You are registered once we receive full payment and your registration form. If you are overflowed, we will inform your church.
